- Clients must be interested in transitioning to/or already have an extremely natural look (healthy sun kissed hair)
- We are at full capacity for regular clients and may not be a good fit for clients that need to reschedule often due to limited availability!
- We devote most of our time to being behind the chair and may take up to a week to respond to new inquiries. Thank you for your patience!
- New clients are more likely to be seen within the month vs booking far in advance. Since our regular clients return often, we like to ensure they have space to book with us and tend to fit new clients into cancellations! January - March is the best time for new clients :)
FAQ
- We are a team of three equally practised stylists who share our clients to better accommodate your schedule. Typically we each have our own network of clients based on personal relationships & word of mouth but we are here to help take care of everyone as a team
- We do not provide extreme blonding services. Bright blonde may only be achieved on natural levels 8+ and we require a certain amount of regrowth of your natural hair to begin the process as well as the removal of extremely damaged ends in order to properly tone.
- We are able to deliver high quality services at a reasonable price point because we strive to maintain natural looking hair that simply doesn’t require as much product and time.
- We are not a styling salon, we do not offer up-do's, we only provide simple finishing styles post colour/cut.
Salon Etiquette
- Clients must be interested in transitioning to/or already have and want to maintain a low maintenance natural look (healthy sun kissed hair)
- 1 hour appointments are available every 6 weeks (haircuts & quick tone/ glosses)
- 2 hour appointments are available every 8-10 weeks
- 3+ hour appointments are available every 10-14 weeks
Please note
- Lav is not a suitable salon for 3-4 week grey coverage appointments as we specialize in grey blending and more natural techniques that don’t suit everyone’s taste

*How do we decide on pricing? Our pricing is based on the service provider's time, skill, and attention to detail and then we separately calculate the amount of product required.
All three stylists are considered at equal levels in their craft and share clients based on availability & need for creative collaboration.
This pricing table reflects accurate estimates so that detailed, time-intensive services are priced differently than simpler applications that may still require more product. Upon Consultation, you're welcome to approach us with a desired budget and we can provide you with options that fit within those limits.
At checkout, tip percentages are calculated on the service fee and always exclude product and retail cost. Tips go 100% to the service provider and can be used as a sliding scale to reflect the level of care and consideration received during the service :)
*All colour/foil services include a complementary trim and gentle blowout or quick wave.
*All services are timed and priced to reflect an accurate range for amount of time and colour needed for the service.
*Additional time ($30/15 min) and additional colour ($15/ 60g bowl) may be applied where necessary.
